Shipping Information
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24™ ( next working day)
All orders placed before 12 pm (Midday) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are shipped the same day and usually (but are not guaranteed to) arrive the following day (excluding weekends).
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we require a notice within 14 days of the order being shipped. The item(s) must show no sign of use, damage or tampering. The item(s) must be packaged adequately and sent back to us via a tracked courier. Please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.
Damaged Items
In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days making sure to take pictures of the packaging and damage to the product. Please refer to our full terms and conditions of sale.
