All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. We offer Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm.
An account is required to place an order with us. You can create an account by clicking on the account icon in the upper right hand corner of any page. An account allows you to keep note of previous orders, as well as saving your details for future orders.
Currently we ship to the United Kingdom and Europe. We are unable to ship to any other countries at present. The price of shipping depends on what you have ordered and its destination.

If your order is on hold please contact us immediately. Your order may go into hold for a short period before it is ready to be processed so please keep this in mind. Once your order is in processing it is waiting to go out for delivery. When your order has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent out with the relevant information, and a tracking number depending on your chosen method of delivery.
